Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable Service Agreement. AU2MATES reserves the right to terminate access to our website or services for any violation of these Terms.
AU2MATES may use or recommend third-party software tools as part of service delivery. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of any third-party platforms. Any costs associated with third-party tools are covered by AU2MATES as part of our service package unless stated otherwise.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
